What to Expect

Team Building Day It is well known that being around these calming alpacas is good for one’s mental health and wellbeing. This experience is guaranteed to boost team morale, inspire productivity, strengthen communication, stimulate creativity, create shared memories to build trust and enhance company culture. Being outdoors with alpacas is the perfect antidote to an office environment, that takes you away from the hectic hustle and bustle of urban life. COURSE CONTENT This 3-4 hour unique fun team building event takes part in our picturesque 48-acre farm and consists of learning all about these kind creatures, taking them for a walk around our hay field, hand feeding them, followed by a beautiful Afternoon Tea Lunch in the alpaca paddocks which is sure to make you giggle when they try to pinch your grapes! There will be lots of photo opportunities available to capture the smiles of the day! 😊 This special treat is guaranteed to be the ‘Talk of the Town’ and a lovely way to motivate and reward your employees.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that we operate a 72-hour (3 working days) cancellation and rescheduling policy. After this time, no cancellations or refunds are accepted. Please note the weather is out of our control so should you/us decide to cancel due to bad weather, we are happy to reschedule your booking to another convenient day that suits you or alternatively offer a voucher valid for 12 months. We do not offer a refund due to poor weather. Lateness - For all experiences we run a strict policy with regards to latecomers. You MUST arrive 15 minutes before your experience start time. All experiences start on time, so our animals are not kept waiting. The experience starts with a health and safety briefing, and it is for this reason we are unable to accept latecomers in any circumstances. We will be unable to reschedule or refund your experience after this point. We must uphold this policy under all circumstances.
