TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Key points to note as the welfare of our Alpacas & Unicorns s paramount.

Dogs are not allowed to come, unfortunately, as much as we all love dogs, Alpacas and Unicorns don’t, and we want to make sure they are having as much fun as you!

​

• Unfortunately this Alpaca & Unicorn experience is not suitable for children under the age of 5 or wheelchair users.

• You must be 10+ to walk your own Alpaca. Under 10's must share an alpaca with an adult.

• A maximum of 2 people per Alpaca. Any persons wishing to join the experience (no alpaca) may book as an extra guest at £18pp. We cannot accommodate spectators.

• Walking an alpaca allows you to walk YOUR VERY OWN ALPACA for the entirety of the walk.

• Accompanying a walker as an extra guest entitles you to walk alongside an alpaca walker but not to walk an alpaca yourself.

• Our farm is on uneven terrain so sensible footwear is a must (wellies in the inter, walking boots or trainers in summer) 

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Please be aware that we operate a 72-hour (3 working days) cancellation and rescheduling policy.  After this time, no cancellations or refunds are accepted.

• Please note the weather is out of our control so should you/us decide to cancel due to bad weather, we are happy to reschedule your booking to another convenient day that suits you or alternatively offer a voucher valid for 12 months. We do not offer a refund due to poor weather.

• Lateness - For all experiences we run a strict policy with regards to latecomers. You MUST arrive 15 minutes before your experience start time.  All experiences start on time, so our animals are not kept waiting. The experience starts with a health and safety briefing, and it is for this reason we are unable to accept latecomers in any circumstances. We will be unable to reschedule or refund your experience after this point.
